Searching for Products

  By Keyword: Enter your keyword in the search box in the upper right hand corner and press go. The results will be displayed on the following page. Example: Alien Pencils

  By Category: When doing a search, you will see a list of categories that match the keyword you searched with. Clicking on a catagory will show you the complete list of products for that category. Example: Pins

  By Catalog Number: You can still search by catalog number on the new ForTeachersOnly.com. Just enter the product number for the item you are looking for and hit go!



Common Questions

 

• Why do I have to register before I place an order? Registration will help you to get the most out of the "For Teachers Only". Once you've registered your billing and shipping address will be remembered on future visits. Registration also allows you to look up your previous order, place re-orders and track recently placed orders.

• How does my shopping cart work? When you see an item you want to buy, enter a quantity and click on the "add to cart" button. This places the item in your shopping cart. After you've finished shopping, select "Checkout" from the shopping cart page. First, we will ask you for your name, billing address, and shipping address. Next, you're shown the total amount of your order and shipping charges. If the information is correct, enter your credit card information and click "Finalize Order". A page will appear that confirms your order and gives you an order number that you can use if you need to contact us. We will also confirm your order via e-mail within 24 hours.

• Do I have to buy the items I place in my shopping cart? No. You can remove an item from your cart at any time pressing the red trash can button next to the item. You order is not final until you enter your credit card number and press "Finalize Order".

• How do I checkout? This is most likely due to not having enough items in your cart to meet the minimum ordering requirements. The minimum order at ForTeachersOnly.com is $30.00. If you are still having problems, Click Here for Customer Service.

  Is it safe to use my credit card online? It's statistically safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in a typical restaurant or department store. "For Teachers Only" servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with Microsoft Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Opera etc. so that only "For Teachers Only" can read a buyer's personal information.   How will my order be shipped? Orders shipped from ForTeachersOnly.com are shipped via UPS Ground.

 
  How much is shipping? Shipping is just $7.95 for orders placed online. For orders submitted via fax or mail standard shipping is $7.95. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, and Canada shipping is $13.95.

  Can my order be shipped overnight? ForTeachersOnly.com orders are sent by UPS ground only.

  Do you ship outside of the United States? For online orders we ship to the 50 states, US Territories and Canada only.

  Order History: When you make an order from ForTeachersOnly.com, it is placed in your "Order History". You may revisit your previous orders at any time for a quick reference or to Re-Order.

  Changing my "Billing" or "Shipping" address: You may change the status of your account at any time by clicking the "Your Account" button on the upper right hand side of the site. After "signing in", choose change billing address or change billing address and your status will be updated. You may also change your addresses during the checkout process.

  Returns: Defective merchandise must be reportedwithin 15 days of receipt. All authorized returns must be shipped back in good condition within 15 days and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Custom printed products are not returnable."
